- **Timestamp**: UTC-accurate - cannot be edited after the scan.
- **Operator**: Pulled from the logged-in account - account-level accountability.
- **Test result**: Moisture %, TPP %, or leaf grade - depending on module used.
- **Device ID**: The specific spectrometer or phone used for the scan.

## Export & Compliance

- **PDF Lot Report**: A formatted summary of all readings for a lot or date range. Readable by buyers and auditors without dashboard access. Includes test values, timestamps, and operator log.
- **CSV Data Export**: Full raw data export for any date range. Import into Excel, Power BI, or your own QA system. Column headers are consistent and documented.
- **Audit-grade records**: Records are timestamped at scan time and cannot be edited retroactively. When a buyer or auditor requests documentation, you pull and share - no manual preparation needed.

### Is data stored in the cloud? Where?

Yes. All readings are stored in a cloud dashboard accessible via web browser. Data is tied to your organisation's account - each operator logs in with their own credentials so the operator field is always accurate.

### Can I export data for a buyer or certification audit?

Yes. You can export a PDF lot report (showing all readings for a specific lot or date range) or a CSV for bulk data analysis. These exports are formatted to be readable by buyers and auditors without requiring access to the dashboard.

### Does traceability work offline?

Readings are cached locally if connectivity is lost and sync to the dashboard when connection is restored. The reading itself is always captured - you never lose a scan result due to connectivity.

### Does it cover moisture, TPP, and leaf grading in the same dashboard?

Yes. All three measurement types feed the same dashboard. A lot record can include moisture readings, TPP readings, and leaf grade results - so a buyer reviewing one lot sees the complete quality picture from a single export.
